Common questions
I bought a course and don't see it in the app▾
Pull-to-refresh on the Learn tab. If it still doesn’t appear, sign out and sign back in — the app re-fetches your enrolled courses on each sign-in. If you bought via Apple in-app purchase and it’s missing, tap Profile → Settings → Restore Purchases and Apple will re-sync your entitlements.
How do I reset my password?▾
On the sign-in screen, tap Forgot Passwordand enter your email. We’ll send you a reset link from
noreply@canadianuniversityofaestheticdermatology.com. If it doesn’t arrive within 5 minutes, check your spam folder.I want a refund▾
Course refunds are handled by the platform you bought through. If you bought on the website, email us and we’ll process the refund through Stripe. If you bought through the App Store, refunds are issued directly by Apple — open Settings → [your name] → Media & Purchases → View Account → Purchase History → tap the CUAD purchase → Report a Problem.
I failed an exam — when can I retry?▾
There’s a 24-hour cooldown after a failed final-exam attempt. The Learn tab will show the unlock time on the exam card. Use the wait time to review the chapters you found tricky.
My certificate isn't showing up▾
Certificates are issued automatically once you pass the final exam. If you don’t see it within a few minutes, sign out and sign back in. If the issue persists, email us with your account email and the level you completed.
How do I delete my account?▾
In the iOS app: Profile → Delete Account. You must re-enter your password to confirm. This permanently deletes your account, all enrollments, certificates, and AI chat history.
Master Practitioner won't let me enroll▾
Master Practitioner covers Botox and dermal fillers, which are restricted in Canada to physicians, registered nurses, and dentists. Set your Licensed Professionin Settings before purchasing. If you aren’t licensed, you can still complete every other CUAD level.
